This document serves as the legally binding Terms and Conditions ("T&C") for participating in any esports tournaments, custom rooms, or competitive events organized by GamoEstate ("GOE", "Organizers", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, paying an entry fee, or participating in any GamoEstate event, you ("Participant", "Player", or "User") agree to abide by all the rules and regulations outlined below.
1.1 Esports Definition: All tournaments hosted by GamoEstate (including but not limited to BGMI, Free Fire, and Valorant) are strictly classified as Skill-Based Esports Competitions. Success depends entirely on the superior knowledge, training, attention, experience, adroitness, and tactical capabilities of the players.
1.2 No Gambling/Betting: GamoEstate does not host, endorse, or promote any games of chance, gambling, or betting activities. These events comply fully with the framework established by the Online Gaming Authority of India (OGAI) and the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026.
2.1 Minimum Age: Participation in all paid-entry tournaments is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering for a paid event, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in India.
2.2 Free-to-Enter Tournaments: Players under the age of 18 may participate only in designated "Free-to-Enter" community tournaments, subject to platform-specific age ratings and parental consent safeguards.
2.3 Jurisdiction: Residents of states where pay-to-play skill gaming is restricted by state laws must verify local compliance before entering. Organizers bear no liability for participation from restricted jurisdictions.
3.1 Payment Verification: Entry into paid tournaments requires successful payment of the designated entry fee. Participants must provide a valid transaction screenshot (UPI/QR reference ID) via our official verification channels (Discord/Website) to receive the official tournament role.
3.2 Non-Refundable Fees: All entry fees are strictly non-refundable once a slot is confirmed, except under the following conditions:
3.3 Dynamic Scaling: As per our standard event rules, advertised prize pools may be tied to registration targets (e.g., "Prize pool based on 20 registered teams"). If fewer teams register, GamoEstate reserves the right to dynamically scale down the prize pool proportionally, ensuring full transparency before the tournament commences.
To comply with the strict financial mandates of the Government of India regarding online gaming transactions, the following tax rules apply to all payouts:
4.1 TDS Deduction (Section 194BA): In accordance with Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, GamoEstate is legally required to deduct 30% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on all "Net Winnings" before distributing prize money.
Net Winnings = Total Prize Amount − Entry Fee Paid4.2 Mandatory KYC/Verification: Before any prize money is disbursed, the winning individual or Team Captain must submit valid government-issued identification:
4.3 Forfeiture: Failure to submit the required KYC details within 7 calendar days of the tournament's conclusion will result in the complete forfeiture of the prize winnings.
GamoEstate maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy toward cheating, toxicity, and unfair advantages.
5.1 Prohibited Behavior: Immediate disqualification, permanent bans from the GamoEstate ecosystem, and total forfeiture of entry fees and potential prizes will occur if a player or team engages in:
5.2 Anticheat Verification: Organizers reserve the right to request point-of-view (POV) screen recordings, task manager screenshots, or platform-specific anti-cheat logs from any participant. Refusal to provide these materials upon request constitutes an admission of guilt.
6.1 Third-Party Platforms: GamoEstate utilizes third-party game servers (Krafton, Garena, Riot Games). We are not responsible for global server crashes, unexpected high ping, individual disconnects, or hardware failures experienced by participants.
6.2 Rematches: Rematches due to technical glitches will be granted solely at the discretion of the management team and generally only if a lobby-wide server failure occurs before a designated match timestamp.
7.1 Admin Authority: All decisions made by designated GamoEstate Moderators and Administrators regarding match scoring, rule interpretations, and dispute resolutions are final and binding.
7.2 Grievance Officer: Pursuant to the 2026 Online Gaming Rules, participants with unresolved disputes regarding prize distributions or fair play may file a formal complaint via our dedicated Discord #support-tickets channel. A designated administrator will review and respond to all formal grievances within 48 hours.
By completing the registration process and submitting your entry fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, tax obligations, and fair play policies established by GamoEstate.
